SÉMELE is an innovative distribution, licensing and promotion service specializing in classical music recordings based in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, in the northwest of Madrid. SÉMELE is directed by Carlos Céster.

SÉMELE is also the main motor behind La Quinta de Mahler, a physical (and online) space for the sale of physical discs and books, and the organization of promotional events and small concerts. The shop is located in the centre of the city of Madrid, a short walk from landmark destinations such as the Puerta del Sol, the Teatro Real and the Plaza Mayor.
Under the imprints of Ediciones Singulares and Bru Zane, SÉMELE also publishes a range of stylish book-CDs which set music securely into its historical, cultural and social background and discourse.
SÉMELE additionally provides extensive custom-made press, marketing and promotion services to international record labels, institutions and artists.
